"Be Rich is a building sim strategy game that feels a lot like the Build-a-lot games. In fact, Be Rich has a lot of similar features to Build-a-lot. Your goal in Be Rich is to travel to towns in the U.S. to help local residents with building projects. In each town you have objectives to meet such as building apartment blocks, cinemas, shops and increase your bank account. Be Rich has flexible grid-based town layouts, you can build and demolish roads and structures and tenants are a factor in the gameplay.
